PROPOSAL: I have an Investor (now 
deceased). He was a top Government Serving Official and has held 
several Ministerial Post in his country. This Investor died three years 
ago after a brief illness in the USA.Until his death, he has a Capital 
Investment under my Portfolio totaling $54,700,000.00 (Fifty Four 
Million,seven hundred thousand US Dollar) and this investment was made 
using a Companys name registered in England to avoid his Government 
knowing about such an Investment with Fidelity. 

Furthermore, his 
Capital Investment attract an interest rate of 10% of the total capital 
investment funds per annum.

Finally, base on my concluded fact 
finding, I was made to understand that the family of the Investor are 
not aware of such an Investment with us and have no documents that will 
empower them to come for the claims of the Capital Investment Funds. On

not betray my trust to have these funds claimed with its accrued
