From Grace to Eternal Life: Introduction
Twenty-first century "Christianity" is providing us with a variety of personal opinions and fairy tales regarding grace, salvation, and eternal life. But here's what the Bible says:
It all starts with grace.
"For the grace of God has appeared,
bringing salvation to all men."
Titus 2:11
The grace of God that provides salvation can only be received through faith.
"For by grace you have been saved through faith."
Ephesians 2:8
The true grace that is received by faith will ALWAYS result in obedience. Not perfection...obedience.
"We have received grace...to bring about the obedience of faith..."
Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel
and the preaching of Jesus Christ...leading to obedience of faith."
Romans 1:5; 16:25-26
