mpiP (Tungsten)

mpiP, an MPI profiling library from Jeff Vetter and Chris Chambreau,
is available on Tungsten. This has been compiled with the Intel
Fortran calling conventions.

Note that ChaMPIon/Pro Fortran does not currently support the PMPI
profiling bindings so that is currently restricted to C/C++. We
are in touch with MSTI to see about resolving this.

There are some example programs in /usr/apps/tools/mpip/mpiP-2.5/testing
Documentation is available in the "doc" subdirectory - note that you
do not need to include -lintl in your link line, but you will
need -lbfd and -liberty. "cmpicc -echo" can help in seeing what
libraries are linked by ChaMPIon/Pro by default.

Location: /usr/apps/tools/mpip
URL: http://www.llnl.gov/CASC/mpip/

This is the first installation of mpiP on NCSA Linux clusters, so
still getting experience with the package (Fortran in particular).
