HPM Toolkit has been updated to release 2.5.1 on Copper.  The older
release (2.4.4) license will expire in a couple of days.  New
features/changes (from the 2.5.1 release notes):

Version 2.5.1 (06/02/2003)

  Hpmstat utility to collect system-wide hardware performance counters 
  Libhpm and hpmviz support for BGLsim 
  Added "-k" flag to hpmcount, to include system activity counts 
  Renamed column heading metrics on hpmviz, to avoid excessive window overflow 
  Renamed Power4 bandwidth and traffic metrics to reflect when it refers to 
    load activity only 
  Added RPM distribution for AIX 5 

Documentation on NCSA's web site has also been updated to include
the new reference manual for HPM Toolkit/AIX:
