  Description:
    FPMPI is a "research"-class library that was/is developed
    by the Argonne MCS.  Using the MPI Profiling hooks, FPMPI
    traps calls to many MPI message-passing routines and
    records data about the messages sent and received.  At
    the call to MPI_Finalize, FPMPI summarizes this data and
    writes it out to a text file.
