No one has ported Iperf for SCTP (at least not to my knowledge and I have
not seen any posts to the Iperf users mailing list). 

As for any advice.. I know that our main developer (Kevin Gibbs) is
working on a complete rewrite of Iperf. He would probably suggest you wait
for that, but that is a few months away. I am guessing you would like to
start porting now, so I would make sure you use Iperf 1.7 and if you have
any questions, please post to the iperf-users mailing list.
