win ce build?

Hi,

I'm interested in running iperf under Windows CE.  Google doesn't
come up with much, even when focused on the list archives.  Has
this been done before or am I entering new territory?  Any
suggestions for how I should proceed (e.g. try to port the
windows build to MS's CE build tools, or don't waste time with
that, try to cross-compile with gcc, etc)?
