Hi -- This indicates that something major and basic is wrong.
Are you on an IPv6-enabled network? Does the IPv4 version start up with
the same settings?
At this point I'd be looking for typos, etc., in the config setup.
(Although you say you don't see anything obvious wrong, so maybe you've
already done that.) More information about your environment and setup
would be useful to me.
Let me know, and we'll go from there.
