When I try to run this, I still get the following:

~/local/beacon/bin > ./beacon

Getting configuration information from file "etc/beacon.conf".
Opening session on default interface.
Unable in initialize RTP session for this Beacon!

Any idea what could be causing this? I had a look through the perl, but 
am unable to see an obvious reason.
