That's all Mark Notarus' work. I know he was looking to package
those up so we could give away the basics, I think iperf is part of
the underlying structure, but he can fill you in with more details.
after the JT meeting last summer we had plans to look into some of
the testing systems the NLANR group is working on and participating,
but I'm thinking we got busy with before classes start stuff and
didn't get to it.
