I have beacon_v0.8.09.tar.gz http://ag.triumf.ca/beacon/
containing beaconclient_v0.63_java.tar and beaconserver_v0.8.09_perl.tar
For some reason I have it noted as v0.8.15_DEBUG; maybe that's what
it says when it runs.
In general I'd suggest that sites running their own server archive
and make available the requisite clients, if they are not going to always
run the current version.
