Beacon Information references

Is there any correspondence between the R & S numbers of the Central 
Loss page and the B numbers of the Beacon Information page?

For instance, as I'm writing this, morollan.ncsa.uiuc.edu is at 
position R36 (& S36) on the Central Loss page. However on the Beacon 
Information page, it is at B41. As I look at the other pages, I also 
just noticed that morollan is at  R/S34 on the local loss page.

Can anyone explain relationship between numberings on the different 
pages please?
