Hello-

Does anyone else have massive problems with beacon-0.9.58-2?

1) After TCPDUMP, beacon appears to not be sending an IGMP join for the
beacon group

2)  The Abilene router proxy that my host, tang.doit.wisc.edu, is showing
increasing packet counts for sourcing traffic to 233.4.200.23, but nobody
seems to be receiving..?  ag-bridge.vislab.uq.edu.au 130.102.78.144,
minimally, seems to reached from us via Abilene.
