Larry Smarr on-camera: text

Many schools don't have money to build a physics laboratory and a chemistry laboratory and then an environmental sciences laboratory and a biology laboratory.

But, imagine that they can simply click a switch and pop! There is a virtual three-dimensional laboratory with experiments and so forth that they can run that maybe even is produced across the Internet.

That's the kind of vision of sort of a post-the-year-2000, you know, the next century where we ought to be thinking about moving towards, in which kids view science as an interactive, three-dimensional video game.
